This beautiful 1973 Mustang pays homage to the last of the classic Mach 1 breed as a beautiful and driveable clone that won’t break the bank. Featuring a fresh 351 with a mild camshaft, gear to gear timing, Edelbrock intake and new Edelbrock AVS 2 carburetor, this Mach 1 clone would outrun a stock Mach 1 from back in the day no problem. The power flows rearward through a three speed automatic transmission with new 1800 stall converter and mild shift kit. Out back is a Ford 9″ rear axle with limited slip and 3.73 gears. Helping put the power down are chrome plated traction bars and while aftermarket dual exhaust gives this beast a beautiful rumble. Power brakes and power steering makes this a very easy to drive muscle machine. On the outside, black paint with a shine a mile deep, silver “Mach 1″ graphics, and chrome 5 spoke 17” wheels makes this Mustang a real head turner. Inside is brand new and just as blacked out, with a wood trimmed steering wheel and deluxe wood trim on the dash and door panels lending a slightly upscale appeal. This Mustang Mach 1 clone is a great cruiser or show car that you can use and enjoy without the worries and headache of owning a real Mach 1.
