Under the hood of this muscle Mustang is a 351C V-8 that has been upgraded from it’s original two barrel carburetor to a factory correct 4-barrel Autolite 4300D carburetor on a factory Cobra Jet intake manifold. This is the only deviation from stock and helps to give this Mach 1 a little more punch to match it’s looks. The transmission is a Ford 3-speed FMX “SelectShift” automatic and hands over power to a stock 2.75 geared open rear differential. The optional power front disc brakes and power steering make this an easy to live with everyday driver. Speaking of easy to live with, the interior of this classic pony car is perhaps one of the nicest in its period. This sweetheart has deluxe wood grain trim, remote drivers mirror, Mach 1 Sports interior with high back bucket seats, Sports Deck rear seat, center console, Rim-Blow horn, AM/FM stereo radio, analog clock, Convenience Group, and that most precious muscle car option, SelectAir Air Conditioning from the factory.
