The L74 400ci V8 features a four-barrel carburetor and Ram Air induction, and it was rebuilt. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Turbo Hydra-Matic three-speed automatic transmission and a Safe-T-Track limited-slip differential. The transmission was rebuild during the refurbishment.
