This 1969 GMC C2500 Super Custom is a fleetside pickup and was refurbished before 2019. Subsequent work has included overhauling the 350ci V8 and three-speed automatic transmission, along with installation of an Edelbrock carburetor. The truck is finished in cream over tan vinyl upholstery, and equipment includes 16″ wheels, power-assisted brakes, power steering, and a JVC Bluetooth CD stereo.
The body was removed from the frame and repainted in cream with black lower-body trim and additional work has included replacing the chrome trim, emblems, lights, windows, and rubber seals. Equipment includes dual side mirrors, a Line-X bedliner, and dual exhaust outlets with polished finishers.
White 16″ steel wheels are mounted with Kumho Crugen HT51 tires that were installed in April 2021. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted brakes.
The 350ci V8 was overhauled in May 2021 and fitted with a Summit Racing camshaft, King bearings, a double-roller timing chain, and a four-barrel Edelbrock carburetor. Additional work has included boring the engine 0.040″ over and replacement of the oil pan, seals, spark plugs, and ignition wires. The alternator was replaced in February 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.
