This 1967 Alfa Romeo Spider is powered by a replacement 2.0L twin-cam inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission, the car is finished in red over black cloth and vinyl upholstery.
Additional equipment includes a black soft top with a color-coordinated top boot as well as ventilated 14″ steel wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, Bilstein front shocks, Carello headlight covers, and Weber side-draft carburetors. Adjusted the carburetor, replaced the brake master cylinder, windshield, and tires.
The car was finished from the factory in red (AR 514) and repainted in 2012 after body repairs were performed. Exterior details include a replacement black soft top along with a color-coordinated top boot as well as a door-mounted mirror, Carello headlight covers, and split stainless-steel bumpers with overriders. The windshield and seal were replaced recently.
Ventilated 14″ steel wheels wear Alfa Romeo-branded hubcaps and are wrapped in 165-series Vredestein Sprint Classic tires. The car has been fitted with polyurethane bushings and front Bilstein shocks. Stopping power is provided by unassisted four-wheel disc brakes, and the master cylinder along with the rear calipers were replaced in 2021.
The cabin houses low-back bucket seats upholstered in black cloth with vinyl sides, and additional details include a cabin heater, a locking glove box, sun visors, and rubber floor mats.
The replacement 2.0L twin-cam inline-four is equipped with twin Weber side-draft carburetors. An electric fuel pump has been installed, and work in August 2021 included replacing the coolant temperature sending unit as well as adjusting the carburetors. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission.
