The Ford was originally powered by a 352ci FE equipped with a 2-barrel carburetor (X-code). That engine has been replaced with a 427ci ‘side-oiler’ motor. All components appear to be correct 427 pieces. The block and heads are 1966 vintage (C-6 casting). It is fitted with a roller cam/roller rockers and exhaust is routed through cast iron headers. The big FE is mated to Ford’s strong 3-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission. The spotless chassis is equipped with power steering, power drum brakes, coil-over shocks and stainless dual exhaust.
